Using your six-senses with a seasonal twist is a fun way to redesign a room for that season. It is winter and definite sights, tastes, smells are attached to what we sense as a season. ILooking for a new lookt is a time of contemplation. For most of nature it is about slowing down, conserving its resources, and being responsive to outer elements. A way to sense more of that connection is to recall the times connected to out doors and surround yourself with the visuals that feed that vision.
Here are some examples I demonstrated in my "Discovering Your Signature Style Six-Sensually" DVD.
SETTING THE ROOM - THOUGHT BRINGS ENERGY - CONNECTING IT TO YOUR "FEEL GOOD" VISION BRINGS VIBRATIONAL BALANCE
Everything starts with thought to move energy forward. Sit and get quiet. Close your eyes. See the time you remember the most when you felt good and enjoyed your space. What are you seeing? What sounds stand out to you as a part of your vision? Can you smell anything that takes you back to that season remembrance? What foods delighted you during that season? What fun projects did you do? Did you spend time in nature with walks, or take trips to the lake, or climb the mountains, maybe ski the Alps? What did you pick up to remember that special time, and do you still own it? As you move into the vision further, even see people in your mind's eye, what are you sensing at this moment that you could use to recreate it?
USING YOUR SIX SENSES CREATES A POWERFUL SHIFT IN YOUR SPACE TO SUPPORT BALANCE MENTALLY AND VISUAL STIMULATION IN CONCERT WITH YOUR OUT-PICTURING STYLE.
