The bed tray was painted white and one of the brocade stitched appliqué squares draped across it for effect. It reminded me of the tables used in shrines. I found shells we bought in Koh Samui, a bamboo tray, silk lotus pods, and flowers sold at the temples. Fresh fruit and a journal made the story complete.
All of the senses – seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, touching and over all sensing – had been addressed. I had created a “Feel Good” balance I couldn’t wait to enjoy. As an added exotic touch I sprinkled my silk aroma infused flower petals from my Petals for Paws project. It looks elegant and they last forever.
While I was setting the room, I burned incense to move my energy to that recalling of my six senses. With the room created, I would also sense that moment of reliving the travel experience. The NOW moment is just as important to set the space as the past images I had chosen.

# Follow your inspiration, photos will reveal clues
#Create your six-sense inventory to find the props and fit the room’s activities
#Stage story objects to the left and right of the focal point.

THEN SIT BACK AND DISAPPEAR INTO YOUR CREATION
Enjoy each and every one of your senses!
