PERSONAL SPACE
Ring 1 of your energy/space, where you design your life, is your personal ring. This is one place we have full control over. What we put in our body and what we put on our body becomes our own signature choice. Sometimes it affects others we live with and spins out to Ring 4 – our world ring as well. So this is the best place to start to find your Signature Style (filtered through your six senses).

Or, what I learned from a caterpillar.
Nature teaches me a lot of things, but one very small creature taught me a world of information – the unsuspecting, unobtrusive caterpillar. Since that encounter in its world, I have adopted its main message for change in my life. Change is simple when you move just one foot forward, and trust the rest of the feet will follow. How simple, yet it really works. You take one idea at a time, work with it, and before you know it other ideas to support it show up. I then add natural rules to judge my idea with. That helps my mental side to adjust willingly.

Six-Senses of change: (Not all senses will apply at the same time.)
1- Can I see this doing good for me? Good for others?
2- Do I hear any opposition if this is implemented? What is real, what is illusion?
3- Will I smell anything that adversely affects me? Affects others?
4- If it is tasted, is it the right vibration for my body’s thought?
5- If it is touched, what will be the outcome?
6- When it is sensed in my space, will it “feel good”
You don’t resist what consciously benefits you. Outside my body: Kat Conn makes wonderful natural goat milk soap, with oatmeal in it, on her farm. My hands are smoother, the film gone, and there are no dyes or toxics (or who knows what) in it. Every time I go to touch it I feel her intention and I “feel good”. As a caring mom, her now growing business came out of her child’s skin illness. Doctors said it was hopeless, but mom proved them “goat” wrong. I have been around food and service all my life with our family in the hotel business. I even owned a restaurant for a short while until I realized it didn’t fit my “Signature Style”. TOUGH HARD WORK! It doesn’t take a chef’s knowledge today to know how we are being poisoned slowly and drugged for everything. I CHOOSE TO FEEL GOOD. But bad habits have to go first. I look at pictures and create. That is also how I cook I started a file of new food ideas, great exciting pictures, (I’m a visual) and compiled a file. I sorted them out by seasons for buying and body awareness. I tasked my “Intentional Chef” Ryan Balas in our Winter Edition online “IS” Magazine to take us shopping chef style consciously.I researched my pantry for my ingredients, then shopped (consciously). I decided in each of my newsletters to share the simple changes I am exploring? What works and what doesn’t work. I have found if we can change a few things to make our life “feel good”, the things that don’t feel good get less attention. The law of attraction teaches that when we take off that worried energy, they start to go back into natural balance. Nature always bounces back. That is a universal law of attraction and cause & effect. The secret to change is placing the right focus on what you do want and letting go of the energy that holds what you don’t want. “Where you place your focus becomes your result”.

Creation of a Business
Inside my home: When I lived in Maui, I had to find how to make lemonade out of lemons. Then 9-11 hit and cash and tourism dried up. Art was nice but not selling. In one weekend my prayers were answered when I got the idea to start a cleaning business for the many condo owners, homes and real estate companies. That Friday I created a brochure, and Monday I walked out my door with a new business. Like the caterpillar, I trusted my idea would gain its own momentum. It had to be filtered through my six-sense rule, true to my soul, and “feel good” for myself and others. It started with the name “Heart and HOME”. I would bring conscious thought and lessons of nature to “feel good”. What I uniquely offered was a signature style for balancing all four spaces with one conscious idea.
